Elizabeth Radmore - Biography
- Elizabeth Radmore was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and emigrated to Canada with her father, mother and two brothers in 1951. The family settled and prospered in Ottawa and although her parents have passed away Elizabeth remains close to her brothers.
- Elizabeth has published a collection of poetry, media articles and three novels. "Cushla: Memoirs of a Reluctant Gypsy Girl" was published by General Store Publishing House in 2005. "Cushla: Gypsy Spirit" was published in December, 2009, and "Cushla: Almost Magic" was released in July 2012, completing the saga of Cushla and the McKenna family. "Cushla: Almost Magic" has been nominated for an Ottawa Book Award. Elizabeth's artistic talents encompass a vast array of work in a variety of media and subjects.
- Elizabeth and her husband, Dave, live in Ottawa with their yellow lab, "Sophie", and calico cat "Chloe". Elizabeth's 3 children all live close by with families of their own.
